Yes, for orders delivered within Accra. Orders going outside Accra are paid for online before they are sent out.

Yes. Send us the name of the piece and your size and we will help you complete your order.

We deliver nationwide, to every region in Ghana.

Deliveries go out every Wednesday and Friday. When we receive your order, we will let you know which delivery day it goes out on.

The delivery fee depends on where you are. You will see it at checkout, or we will confirm it with you before your order goes out.

We will call or message you on the phone number you gave at checkout when your order is out for delivery.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please check the size guide and the product details before you order. If you are unsure, message us first and we will help you choose.

That one is on us. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item, or refund you if a replacement is not available.

Our shoes are listed in EU sizes. Use our Size guide to compare with UK and US sizes and your foot length in centimetres.

Fit can vary a little from style to style. Message us before you order and we will tell you how a style fits.

We show every piece as it really is, but screens vary, so the shade may look slightly different.
