These terms apply when you shop with Heels by Etor. By placing an order on our website, you agree to them.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Orders paid online are accepted once payment is confirmed; orders paid on delivery are accepted once we confirm them with you. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund any payment in full if that happens.
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Delivery fees are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before your order goes out. You can pay online at checkout. Payment on delivery is available for orders delivered within Accra only.
We deliver within Ghana every Wednesday and Friday. Delivery days may change during holidays or for reasons outside our control. See Delivery and returns for details.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except when an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered. Such items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. See Delivery and returns for how to report one.
We do our best to show every piece accurately, but colours can look different on different screens, and small differences in finish are part of the product.
If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
All photos, text and designs on this website belong to Heels by Etor and may not be copied or used without our permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to your order.
