Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide, to every region in Ghana, at the address you give at checkout.

When we deliver

Deliveries go out every Wednesday and Friday. When we receive your order, we will let you know which delivery day it goes out on.

Delivery fees

The delivery fee depends on where you are. You will see it at checkout, or we will confirm it with you before your order goes out.

Paying for your order

• Within Accra: pay online at checkout, or pay on delivery when your order arrives.
• Outside Accra: pay online at checkout. Your order goes out once payment is confirmed.

When your order is on its way

We will call or message you on the phone number you gave at checkout when your order is out for delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive it.

Refunds and exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please check the Size guide and the product details before you order. If you are unsure about a size or a style, message us first and we will help you choose.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or is not what you ordered, the fault is ours and we will make it right. Contact us on WhatsApp at +233 54 145 9267 within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item.

We will replace the item, or refund you if a replacement is not available.
